Subject: [PATCH] content: Change "Domain Name Instanity" title

I never liked the "insanity" part of this. On one hand, I wanted to
convey how frustrated I felt at the time, but it simultaneously felt
too strong.

Changing it to "What's in a (domain) name?", which feels more agreeable.
