Subject: [PATCH] index: Add hi@euchre.live contact info

This is set up to forward to my personal email, but I feel more
comfortable (and official!) having it listed instead of my personal
email.

Public inbox still an option, but it bounces HTML email, and, while
that's my preference, I don't think my relatives could figure it out :)
