intro: Update email to be a bit more obscure

As exciting as having a real .Mx link was... I was always a bit
uncomfortable having my personal email out there.

This patch makes the email:

1) Not personal (contact@)
2) Obscured (AT this-domain)

Any sufficiently complex scraper could probably figure it out, but at
least (1) makes it a bit further from my personal email.
